**Job Description**:
Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinate TA activities to support quality hiring decisions across Greencross Vets
- Develop active talent pools to ensure current and future recruitment needs
- Support and/or coordinate various recruitment projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement

**Qualifications**:
Our Talent team are passionate about people and providing the best possible experience possible both in-house and externally. We are looking for someone who thrives in fast paced environments, a great communicator and someone who can engage and build relationships quickly.

To be considered for the opportunity you must demonstrate:

- Minimum 12 Months in a sourcing or recruitment role (internal or external) ; or
- Previous experience in the veterinary industry a passion for people.
