As a Table Games Dealer reporting directly to the Gaming Supervisor, this role offers an extraordinary opportunity to provide world class guest service whilst ensuring the efficient and accurate operations of the table game.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for Gaming at The Star Sydney.

**A few of your responsibilities**:

- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of table games and deliver accurate gameplay
- Ensure assigned gaming tables are always equipped and operational
- Accurately track and rate player activity and participation
- Consistently demonstrate excellent customer service aligned with The Star's values
- Build positive relationships with guests, address their queries promptly, and escalate concerns to management

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous training and experience as a Games Dealer, Craps and Poker highly desirable
- Availability to work a rotating roster including mid-week, nights, and weekends
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Most importantly, you will be passionate about the casino industry and strive to deliver 5-star service every time

You are a motivated team player who truly understands what it means to deliver a world class guest experience. You excel in fast paced environments, and confidently demonstrate robust mathematical proficiency, whilst maintaining game pace and interactions with guests.

Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our Table Games operations at The Star Sydney.
