Retail Marketing Assistant Manager- Join Our Growing Team at Chery Australia

Are you a dynamic and results-driven marketing professional with a passion for retail? Chery Australia is seeking an experienced Retail Marketing Assistant Manager to join our expanding marketing team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop and implement innovative retail marketing strategies that generate leads, boost sales, and enhance brand awareness across our retail operations.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of marketing principles and a proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You'll help create and execute tailored dealer marketing strategies that engage customers, support our dealer network, and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day communications with dealer marketing teams nationwide.
  • Oversee the implementation of national retail marketing strategies, including dealer marketing plans, retail platforms, and retail events.
  • Manage creative approvals for dealer marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Manage and coordinate the quarterly Dealer LAM claims process.
  • Handle the day-to-day operations of the Sesimi platform.
  • Supervise the development and delivery of dealer marketing assets.
  • Conduct regular dealer marketing reporting, including weekly and monthly updates.
  • Write and distribute retail marketing bulletins as needed.
  • Work with external agencies and suppliers to execute retail campaign advertising on schedule and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent messaging and a unified brand identity.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, drive events, and exclusive retail experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within the retail or automotive sectors.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a creative and strategic mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Onsite role: This position requires attendance in the office five days a week.
