ABOUT THE ROLE

One of our largest dealerships, Suttons Arncliffe are on the lookout for an experienced Car Finance and Insurances Business Manager that has a passion for sales and finances and wants to continue growing their career. Our dealership consists of major brands including Hyundai, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Suzuki and Isuzu Ute, and GMSV.

You will possess drive, enthusiasm, brilliant communication skills, motivation to exceed targets, delight customers and the desire to lead.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Automotive Finance and Insurance sales experience
  • Immaculate presentation and attention to detail
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and numeracy skills
  • Solid work ethic and time management skills
  • Drive F&I penetration and profitability across all brands
  • Accreditation with existing lenders would be advantageous
  • Desire to deliver exceptional customer service
  • NSW driver's license
  • Must be flexible to work weekends
