**Sales Representative: Instrumentation (Brisbane Northside)**

**About the Role**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic **Internal Instrument Sales / Service Technician** to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to support sales and service operations in a growing, family-owned company. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide counter and phone sales, including service support.
- Process orders, sales, and service transactions.
- Assist with product research and support the external sales team.
- Manage spare part inventory and check incoming stock.
- Liaise with suppliers and provide customers with ETAs.
- General administration and housekeeping duties (including OH&S).

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in technical sales or service support, ideally in process instrumentation or related fields.
- Strong communication skills, both phone and face-to-face.
- Attention to detail with inventory and order processing.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
