AustCorp is supporting an international firm in securing a strong, skilled, and stakeholder-orientated Service / Operations Manager to support a mix of planned, preventative & reactive maintenance to a mixture of commercial & Industrial premises, including Local, State & Federal Government, Tertiary Education, Health & Aged Care, Critical Infrastructure & Remote Sites.

They are seeking to appoint a State Service / Operations Manager to undertake and oversee delivery of all scheduled maintenance & breakdowns / reactive maintenance across multiple Metro or Regional sites.

**Base Criteria**
Qualified in a M&E / HVAC trade or Engineering Degree & 5+ years’ Service / Operations Management experience in a $25M + Business.

With a strong Hands-on leadership style to manage stakeholder engagement, business development & support staff undertaking Maintenance / Service Delivery.

**Outline Duties**
This is a leadership position focused on people & service delivery with the ability to deliver exceptional divisional growth & outcomes for their clients.

**Skills and Attributes**
- Permanent Australian Resident / Citizen, able to secure National Police Clearance, and additional checks.
- M&E / HVAC trade or Engineering Degree.
- Effectively provide management support and mentor Trades & Supervisors.
- Strong compliance and operational excellence skills.
- A strong written and verbal communicator, with fluent English language skills, you will provide clear and concise instructions, and undertake internal and external stakeholder interface.
- Engaging personality and well-presented, able to delegate responsibilities to ensure duties are completed.
