**The Role**

The role includes responsibility for initiating, managing and closing the projects and all processes such as quality/control, communication, stakeholder management, people leadership and knowledge harvesting.

The role will be responsible for a standalone project or work directly for with the Head of on a larger-scale/significant programs.

The range of initiatives will span from a single project within a line of business in a single region through to working across lines of business across multi-regions and in a complex stakeholder environment.

**Day to day will include**:

- Execution of delivery against key objectives and business outcomes
- Delivery and simplification of change activities across process, policy, capability, automation and system

**What you will bring**
- Significant project management experience
- Leading and managing teams and matrix resources
- Range of execution disciplines (e.g. Lean / 6 sigma / agile)
- Knowledge of banking and especially business banking / lending
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Cloud technologies (instead of banking and lending)
