**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment with project deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration to drive project success.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve challenges that may arise during project delivery.
- Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills, ensuring strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects and enhancements.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.
- Effectively self-manage amidst competing priorities, ensuring that projects are delivered according to schedule and budget.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Delivery Lead in a MS Dynamics CRM environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and facilitation skills.
- Effective people management and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in managing risks, issues, and dependencies in project delivery.
