The position will be responsible for multiple projects ensuring the work remains on track and is completed on time and according to approved requirements.

As a Delivery lead, you will collaborate with the Solution designers, Data modellers, developers, and the Business to determine the scope and delivery timeline of the project. Responsibility spans across delivery of the project from start to finish.

The role requires the adoption of a big-picture approach in the management of multiple projects from inception to design to implementation and warranty completion Responsibilities will include cost estimations, drafting timelines and successful delivery of on time projects.

The Delivery Lead holds accountability for the successful management and timely delivery of outcomes assigned to their team. They will ensure the work remains on schedule and is completed on time and according to signed-off requirements.

As a Delivery lead, you will collaborate with Solution designers, Data modellers, developers, and Business stakeholders to determine the scope and delivery timeline of the project. Your role encompasses the entire project delivery process, spanning from initiation to completion. The role will perform at an operational level to:

- Deliver the roadmap using agile methodology in partnership with business stakeholders.
- Partner with your Service Delivery Manager and Chapter Leads to build and develop a cross functional squad.
- Work closely with external teams to plan dependencies and product releases.

**How will I help?**
- Implement the agile and Scrum values and principles effectively.
- and fostering a team mindset focused on growth.
- Address any obstacles or blockers hindering the squad's progress, with support from the Service Delivery Manager or management, if necessary, to ensure timely delivery of planned sprints.
- Coach and empower the team, fostering a proactive, positive, and innovative team culture.
- Collaborate closely with the Service Delivery Manager to prioritise the squad backlog and maximise the value delivered.
- Ensure the ongoing health and productivity of the squad by enabling them to deliver end-to-end outcomes, providing coaching and feedback, and effectively planning and utilising resources.
- Ensure the squad actively engages with business stakeholders (internal customers) to gain insights and feedback during the delivery of their work. Maintain a clear connection between insights and the development of actionable solutions.
- Determine the readiness of the squad's work for release, collaborate with the squad to define release criteria, and take accountability for the quality of the squad's released work.
- Adopting a big-picture approach to managing crucial deliverables across multiple projects, starting from conception, and continuing through design, implementation, and warranty completion.
- Support the Service Delivery Manager in cost estimates and formulating plans.

- Engage in and represent project(s) during all SAFe ceremonies, adhering to the established processes for the Data Platform and the Program.
- Generate progress reports that meet high standards of quality and accuracy.

- Take charge of leading and managing your team to successfully achieve all significant milestones and desired product outcomes within the defined scope, adhering to timelines, budgets, and expected standards.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with stakeholders through diplomatic communication, effective reporting, and fostering confidence in FinCrime capabilities.
- Effectively manage Risks, Issues, Dependencies, and Assumptions to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Identify and report issues such as discrepancies and employ a delivery-by-exception approach to ensure comprehension and resolution of identified problems.
