**Description of role and responsibilities**

The role of Conference and event manager
- Australia supports both the Managing Director of Asia Pacific and theMiddle East and the Country Head of Australia as well as the respective distribution teams with organisational and administrative arrangements to assist them in planning and running events in their relevant locations.

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Minimum of five years experience in a similar role, preferably within a Global Asset Manager environment.
- Salesforce experience
- Experience in dealing with highly confidential matters.
- Microsoft package - advanced/proficient
- Salesforce Lightning (not essential however would be beneficial)

- A team orientated individual who has a demonstrated ability to work with varying personalities and expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to include an effective telephone manner and the ability to proof read documents as necessary.
- Flexibility to work international hours if required.

**Salary**: $62,074.12 - $75,057.60 per year
