Day-to-day you will be provided with full training and industry experience, towards you achieving a Certificate III in Business specialising in Office Administration or Customer Service. With several full-time traineeships available, there is an entry-level position just for you

This qualification provides skills and knowledge that will empower you to support the efficient operation of a business across all industries. Throughout the course, you will learn how to communicate with different stakeholders and find out what it takes to support all administrative tasks.

These 18-month opportunities are across some of Adelaide’s best national and locally owned organisations, with industries galore available.

Expect to receive paid study, continuous mentoring, no study debt and be equipped to succeed in any pathway upon completion.

**Duties Include**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to customers and suppliers
- Document management and processing (filing, scanning etc.)
- Data entry
- Prepare reports, documents, spreadsheets and letters for customers and clients
- Additional administration duties and operational support as needed

- Upbeat and proactive attitude
- Prides themselves on having an eye for detail
- Is committed, reliable and hardworking
- Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks
- Works effectively as part of a team and under limited supervision
- Showcases initiative and an ability to problem solve

**Role Requirements**:

- Current drivers’ licence and reliable vehicle (desirable)
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong computer knowledge
- Ability to build rapport with a variety of people and groups
