
Finance Administration Traineeship

Maxima is seeking a customer service enthusiast to undertake a traineeship as an administration assistant.
This entry level opportunity will see you starting your office career within the finance industry and gaining the skills and knowledge to handle a busy financial practice with proficiency.
Our client is a long-lasting financial planning firm located within the Adelaide CBD. With a client-focused approach to wealth management, our client are big believers on working collaboratively to meet both financial and life goals.
Throughout this traineeship you will be working full-time, front facing in the administration team, being the first point of contact for all clients, whilst studying towards a **Certificate III in Financial Services **across 2-years.
**Duties Include**:
- Meet and greet respected clients
- Management of incoming and outgoing enquiries, and correspondence
- Appointment and diary management
- Maintenance and data entry of client files
- Reception cover
- Additional client administration tasks as required e.g. room preparation
**About You**:
- Exceptional communicator, written and verbal
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Friendly, welcoming, and resilient nature
- A "can do attitude" and a willingness to learn
- Ability to stay organised and meet deadlines
- Takes pride in personal presentation
**Role Requirements**:
- National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Ability to build rapport with a variety of groups
- Great sensitivity to private and confidential information
