Maxima Group Training are looking for a dedicated, team player to undertake an 18-month business traineeship.
This role is perfect for those interested in a career within recruitment or Human Resources (HR) and are looking for a steppingstone into the industry.
Day-to-day you will provide ongoing administrative support to the National Recruitment Support Team, assisting with the recruitment of apprentices and trainees.
This fulltime, entry level position will see you achieve a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Business **within the **Administration Stream** upon successful completion. You will gain hands-on experience, paid training, and continuous mentoring for the duration of your traineeship.
**Duties Include**:
- Create, update, and maintain applicant files
- Document management and processing including printing, scanning, and saving
- Provide high quality customer service
- Support the team to distribute pre-employment testing
- Assist with the onboarding processes of new apprentices/trainees
- Additional administrative duties including reception cover and minute taking
**About You**:
- Strong work ethic; reliable and punctual
- High attention to detail
- Enjoys working as part of the team and under limited supervision
- Efficient organisational and time management skills
- Brings a positive and proactive attitude, with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working under pressure and with high volume
**Role Requirements**:
- Previous customer service and/or administration experience
- Strong computer proficiency
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
