Service Co-ordinator

Our client, a construction and property services company based in **Southern suburbs of Sydney** seeks a full-time permanent **Service Coordinator**.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Organise scheduled maintenance jobs on the 1st of the Month
- Understand each client's requirements and the operational needs of each job / quote
- Maintain good relationships with your assigned clients by always ensuring adequate and prompt communication
- Escalate any service delivery issues to the Client Services Manager as required
- Obtain and understand quotes from Subcontractors and suppliers, prepare scope of works, price, submit and follow-up on quotes with each client stakeholder
- Expand on Subcontractor and Supplier base and ensure best market rate
- Prepare scope of works, price, submit and follow-up on quotes with each client stakeholder
- Coordinate, schedule and administer the completion of quoted and reactive works
- Follow up on open jobs Technicians have attended to
- Follow up with Subcontractors to check if works have been completed
**About you**:
- Previous experience in the construction, property services or facilities management would be advantageous but not essential
- Great interpersonal and communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Good proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Organised and has great time management skills
