Reporting to the NSW Project Manager, the objective of this position is to support the NSW Project Management Office with the planning and installation of TOMRA’s small format Reverse Vending Machines throughout NSW, to ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met.

The Project Co-Ordinator will join a Team of Project Managers and Project Co-Ordinators working on the network in NSW. The role will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating project documentation, monitoring project progress and co-ordinating communications to the wider project team. This position will play a key role in assessing proposed sites for safety, functionality and certifying that it meets the correct site requirements. Assessment activities include, but are not limited to, compiling site reports, contributing to budget forecasts and seeking approval from critical stakeholders.

A key element of this role includes stakeholder management. The role will encompass liaising with vendors, contractors, local councils, consultants, the internal sales team, and other internal stakeholders within the Service department. In the event Project Managers are unavailable, work with the other Project Co-Ordinator to support with the progression of projects and mobilisation of installations.

**Some duties performed may include**:

- Create project reports and completing relevant documents for installation process
- Responsible for compiling site proposals, audit packs and site packs whilst providing feedback to the project installation team
- Assist in conducting site audits when required
- Collation of all project documentation including safety documents such as SWMS, insurances, site work documentation, inductions etc
- Effective site documentation handover to the business from PMO once project is completed
- Contractor Management - obtaining all documentation required by the business and stakeholders for engagement with contractors
- Coordination of project updates to wider project team
- Provide a framework for team members to follow to deliver the project on time and within budget
- Assist the Project Team in solving technical and non-technical problems throughout the life of the project
- Effectively and professionally foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**Qualifications**
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering or similar discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the construction or property development industries
- A valid Australian driver’s license and access to personal vehicle
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Attention to detail to monitor and control project variables
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members to ensure the project is completed on time and on budget
- Ability to make sound decisions
- Motivated to achieve targets and contribute to a good team environment
