We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Team Manager to join our resin production plant in Wetherill Park.
- As Team Manager - Production you will be responsible for ensuring continual flow of product manufacture by driving the team and providing hands on assistance with day-to-day operations.

- Ensure production targets are met
- Execute improvement strategies
- Optimise use of labour and materials on site
- Provide hands-on practical advice & knowledge to teams
- Provide leadership on the quality of output
- Foster a proactive working culture and high employee morale
- Coordinate cleaning, repairs and maintenance of plant and equipment

**We Need Your Skills**
- Experience managing a production team in a demanding, fast paced environment
- Significant experience batching and blending hazardous chemicals
- Commitment to health, safety, environment and quality
- Results focused, strong work ethic & ability to work autonomously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised with strong time management & administration skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using ERP, MRP systems & Microsoft AX
