The RoleWe are searching for an energetic, vibrant Customer Service Specialist to join our Technical Support team based at our head office in Seven Hills, NSW. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their customer service career. Working in the newly developed modern offices with state-of-the-art facilities, this position will be responsible for providing customer service and technical support for all CW System products.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Provide customer service and technical support for all CW System product ranges
- Assisting the Sales and Marketing Teams as required to help grow the product division sales
- Support the sales team with customer service duties
- Develop product improvements and updates

- Someone who has an interest in the Blinds and Awnings Industry
- A practical and/or mechanical mindset
- Someone who is energetic and proactive
- Excellent Customer Service skills
