The Company CW Systems imports and distributes a quality range of window furnishings and sun shading solutions across a large network of reliable retailers in Australia. At the forefront of innovation, with a dedicated development, design and research team, CW Systems also offer element flyscreens, internal blinds, plantation shutters, opening roof systems, external shutters, and home automation solutions.
The Role We are searching for an energetic, vibrant Product Specialist to join our Technical Support team based at our head office in Seven Hills, NSW. Working in the newly developed modern offices with state-of-the-art facilities, this position will be responsible for product development, technical support, customer service and costing analysis for all CW System products.
You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to help grow the product division and manage the growth and development of the product.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Responsible for the development and improvement of a given CW Systems Product Category
- Assess and analyse product development and improvement opportunities
- Make improvements and developments to marketing material and product literature
- Introduce new product ranges as required and in accord to market trends and company strategy within the given product division
- Provide and conduct analysis of costings, sales history, and market trends
- Provide advice to customers in project situations

- Intermediate to Advanced skills using MS Excel
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- A practical and/or mechanical mindset
- Someone who is energetic and proactive
- Someone who has an interest in the Blinds and Awnings Industry
- Strong sense of achievement, goal setting and target accomplishment
