**Overview**

Our client is a leading animal health company committed to improving the health and wellbeing of animals across the globe. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team and oversee our sheep product portfolio.

As the Product Manager (Production Animal), you will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy for our production animal product line, including identifying new product opportunities, managing product launches, and maximizing revenue and market share. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and R&D, to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and the market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the product strategy for our sheep product portfolio, including identifying new product opportunities, managing product launches, and maximizing revenue and market share.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and R&D, to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and the market.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs and market trends.
- Work with the sales team to develop sales and marketing collateral, including product messaging, presentations, and training materials.
- Collaborate with R&D to define product requirements, ensure products meet regulatory requirements, and manage the product development process.
- Monitor product performance and adjust the product strategy as necessary to meet revenue and market share targets.

**Requirements**:.
- 5+ years of experience in product management in the animal health industry, with a focus on production animal products.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis and use data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, customers, and senior leadership.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for animal health products.
