This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, experienced hands-on Production and Delivery Manager. Based in Smithfield, you will be integral to the warehouse operation, leading by example and fostering a positive team spirit within the warehouse. Your primary focus will be on managing the overall function of the warehouse, while overseeing and providing guidance to a team of warehouse staff. You will oversee incoming and outgoing goods to ensure inventory is processed, organized, stored, and orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched. You will optimise the efficiency of the warehouse while ensuring adherence to regulations, policies, and procedures.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Oversee HR requirements for the site - Maintain staff levels in line with growth org chart and budget requirements including casual recruitment for peak season
- Performance management-Reporting and maintaining of KPI's and SLA's, daily, weekly and monthly meeting cadence with all team members
- WHS - Maintain daily forklift checks and weekly safety meetings
- Scheduling of staff and vehicles for Furniture installations
- Optimisation and management of Freight including demonstrable cost savings across all national carriers, and transfers between other regional warehouses.
- Oversee weekly activities of furniture installation teams,
- Supervise Bulk/Daily order and Bookpack Team Managers/Leaders
- Oversee inwards goods to meet daily inwards completion to 100%
- Proactively participate and communicate in Leadership Team Meetings
- Optimise expense controls and profitability on all allocated budget lines
- Ensure daily rolling stocktake is accurately recorded and uploaded.

**What we're looking for**:

- Previous experience in warehousing and dispatch-related duties with a proven track record
- Must be computer literate to a reasonable degree of proficiency
- Physically fit -able lift to 20kgs, to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the shift
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Driver's license and Forklift License
