**How will I help?**

The role of an Integrated Marketing Lead, Customer Marketing is to lead a team of energetic and motivated marketing professionals to develop and execute innovative customer marketing campaigns that drive business growth. This is a key role that will see you drive integration across the business, channels, platforms, and teams to lift the standard of output. You’ll also proactively shape campaign direction by thinking about and planning for how our work delivers on key GTM priorities and category drivers both within campaigns and across the year.
- Key Responsibilities Include: _
- Working with our creative and media agencies and partners to deliver communication campaigns that are distinctive, disruptive and relevant
- Developing and implementing creative customer-marketing campaigns that align with the bank’s overall objectives and deliver our go-to-market calendar
- Using insight, data and analytics to inform campaigns and channel selection
- Managing budgets and timelines for creative projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery

**What do I need?**

This role would be ideal for someone who can model courage, creativity, connectivity, and more importantly, commerciality with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. With minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role within agency or marketing, you’ll have a proven track record with developing and executing effective marketing strategies and campaigns. You’ll also be an expert with regulatory compliance guidelines and best practices. Leading a large team of 19 creative individuals, strong leadership experience is absolutely critical.
