**What’s the role?**

As a Marketing Planning Manager in our Strategic Marketing - Consumer & Unite team (focused on Everyday Banking & New Arrivals), you'll lead strategic briefs and collaborate across the business and agencies to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns that drive commercial performance.

**What do I need?**
- Proven experience in integrated marketing, media planning or campaign management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Expertise in customer and acquisition marketing strategies
- Proven ability to write strategic briefs and optimise campaign performance
- Solid knowledge of the digital media landscape
- Self-starter mindset with experience in cross-functional team collaboration
