**Job Description**:
The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategy and plans for a segment of prospects/customers (SMB). The SMB Marketing Executive will be key in driving measurable difference by developing demand-gen strategy and plans that drive pipeline and revenue for SMB customer segment. The mission of this individual is to foster valuable partnerships with the sales and product teams and align marketing plans to help them achieve targets.
- Standing as an SMB champion with internal teams to collaboratively deliver regional marketing objectives for assigned segment
- Responsible for formulating and executing strategically-focused end-to-end marketing programs, to drive demand in order to achieve pipeline and revenue
- Coordinating marketing strategies across multiple channels while testing messages, channels, and opportunities
- Analysing and measure the effectiveness of existing demand-generation campaigns for optimisation
- Leading the development and execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns, driving collaboration with stakeholders under the right internal processes
- Translating performance of demand generation campaigns to leadership
- Building strong aligned relationships with both the sales and product teams
- Managing marketing budgets and demonstrate fiscal responsibility when delivering marketing assets and activities

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working in similar role B2B (preferably in Technology/Saas)
- Knowledge in building and executing SMB marketing strategy and plans
- Experience in developing and executing integrated demand-generation campaigns
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Reporting and analysing marketing campaign performance
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, planning, and project management skills
- MarTech platforms savvy (Marketo, SFDC, Looker)
