**About the role**
GrainCorp is currently seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth. This is a hands-on role for a marketing professional who can balance strategic thinking with practical execution. The responsibilities of the role will include:

- Create and deliver digital marketing campaigns, including content marketing, SEO, social media, and paid advertising
- Manage brand positioning across all business units to ensure consistency and impact
- Work closely with leadership to provide strategic marketing insights and support decision-making
- Lead content creation efforts, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business priorities
- Oversee agency relationships to ensure high-quality execution and value for investment
- Manage marketing budgets, tracking spend and measuring ROI
- Support sustainability initiatives by integrating them into marketing strategies and campaigns

**About your experience**
- Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, content creation, and performance marketing
- The ability to translate business objectives into marketing initiatives that drive engagement and growth
- Experience in budget management and agency oversight to ensure cost-effective execution
- The ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders
- A passion for sustainability and its role in marketing and branding (highly desirable)
