**Who You Are**:
**What You’ll Do**:

- Collaborate with seasoned professionals in a coordinate team settings.
- Develop trust relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor that can deliver results.
- Work in continuous improvement cycles using Agile ways of working.
- Training and mentoring new and existing Agile teams.
- Must be able to travel and conduct part of the work on-site in Kazakhstan.
- Able to lead a team of teams.

**What We Do**:

- Provide unique opportunities for new Consulting and Agile entrepreneurs to engage with global organizations, in partnership with an established Management Consulting firm.
- Help build new skills and offer credentials through ADAPTOVATE certification.
- Collaborate with teams to influence culture, operating models, design system, processes, and tools to support agile ways of working.
- Facilitate training workshops in a practical and engaging way for Agile teams.
- Coach teams and managers on best practices for delivering business and customer value.
- Support the transformation of traditional teams into Agile teams through process and mindset change.
- We partner with your independent entity and work under a corp to corp contract.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract, Freelance

**Experience**:

- Agile Coach: 10 years (preferred)
- Business consulting: 10 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
