You’ll be someone who can lead delivery at scale, uplift practices, **and**drive agility across teams — not through frameworks alone, but through meaningful outcomes and continuous improvement. This is a unique opportunity to lead delivery while uplifting those around you. **What You'll Do**: Drive high-impact delivery - Lead teams to deliver outcomes that matter, not just outputs. Align work to business goals, enable flow, and ensure value lands early and often. Coach delivery excellence - Uplift delivery capability in squads, chapters, and leadership through coaching, mentoring, and practical support tailored to context. Orchestrate ways of working - Design, embed, and optimise delivery approaches (Agile, Lean, Kanban, SAFe, Hybrid) that suit each team’s maturity and business environment. Create clarity and alignment - Facilitate planning, roadmap execution, dependency management, and prioritisation to keep everyone focused and in sync. Manage risk without killing momentum - Guide teams through governance, regulatory, and compliance frameworks while protecting delivery velocity and innovation. Build delivery culture - Champion continuous improvement, psychological safety, and a bias for action — creating environments where people can do their best work. Be the calm in the storm - Step into complex, ambiguous, or high-pressure environments and bring order, clarity, and a path forward. Lead through insight - Use data, metrics, and retrospectives to improve predictability, flow, and value delivered. **What You’ll Bring**: - Proven experience delivering complex initiatives at scale across Agile and hybrid environments — from digital products to business transformations. - Deep expertise in Agile delivery, planning cadences, team rituals, dependency management, and stakeholder alignment. - Practical coaching experience — with the ability to uplift team performance, improve delivery health, and embed modern delivery mindsets. - Strong grasp of governance, risk, compliance, and financial alignment — and how to navigate these while delivering at pace. - Data fluency — able to interpret flow metrics (e.g., cycle time, throughput, WIP) and delivery KPIs to inform decisions and performance. - Exceptional facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills — able to influence from delivery teams to exec sponsors. - Calm, confident presence — with the ability to create clarity in ambiguity, de-escalate issues, and help teams move forward. - Curiosity, adaptability, resilience — and a love of helping others deliver their best work. **Why EPiC Agile?** At EPiC, we don’t just support delivery — we enable it to thrive, scale, and evolve.
