**The Opportunity**

The Agile Coach is a role within the Bupa Innovation and Ventures team, responsible for supporting a key program of work: Bupa’s global talent and innovation program “eco-Disruptive”, where Bupa employees, entrepreneurs and start-ups come together to take challenges within our business and the health sector. This role also supports broader Innovation Learning programs that connect to the Eco-D program.

Reporting to and working closely with the Incubation and Community lead, this role acts as a facilitator and coach to plan, guide and support individuals and teams within the program to drive innovation within the ecoDisruptive program and contribute to Bupa helping to transform for the future.

You will have focus on:

- Facilitate team formation: bringing together individuals from across Bupa, the Agile coach is required to guide teams through activities to build connection, define ways of working, build rapport, and align on purpose.
- On-boarding teams into the eco-Disruptive program.
- Co-ordinate, plan and execute activities supporting teams within the eco-Disruptive program eg bootcamp (onboarding), pitch to sponsors.
- Plan, create, deliver, and support workshops, learning and collaboration session.
- Promote collaborative, experimentative and innovative culture within teams.
- Collaborate and support the eco-Disruptive program team. You may also carry out any other duties reasonably requested by Bupa from time to time.

**About You**

To be considered for this role you will have:

- A tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years+ experience working in an Agile environment including:

- Demonstrated experience in team forming/foundation
- setting up newly formed teamsestablishing and embedding a cadence-based approach.
- Proficient in workshop design and delivery
- remote and in person.
- High EQ and ability to build connections and empathy with team members and stakeholders, effectively navigating interpersonal dynamics and foster positive team cultures.
- Experience introducing foundational agile ways of working in a non-IT environment would be highly regarded.
- Solid knowledge and experience of discovery and experimentation techniques in product development.
- The ability to communicate, facilitate, collaborate and influence - and know when to use each.
- Experience working across multiple streams in a fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
- A mix of Agile, Lean and HCD approaches and are familiar with a range of digital tools and frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills.
- Adaptability
- experience adjusting approach based on the changing needs of individuals and teams.
