**Your role**:
You will bring your enthusiasm and passion for working in retail, into this rewarding role, where you'll lead and inspire our amazing team across Coach South Wharf to develop a client-centric mindset, build a collaborative and positive team culture, communicate our brand vision, drive store results and develop a strong customer base.

As an optimistic individual, with a can-do attitude, you will be required to display a strong sense of business acumen and be able to develop meaningful relationships through your outstanding interpersonal communication skills. With your extensive experience as a leader, you will also support our fabulous team at Coach Essendon, and have the chance to travel interstate and overseas for development opportunities.

**Your Skills and Experience**:
Having previous experience in an outlet or fast paced retail roles or service industry is highly preferred. You must have at least 2 years previous experience in managing a team of at least 15-20. You will also need to have a strong sense of commercial awareness, great attention to detail, a good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
