We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Store Manager** to join our energetic team at **Coach Emporium**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Becoming a Brand Ambassador - **Develop a client-centric mindset, build a collaborative and positive team culture, and communicate our brand vision.
- Full availability Sunday-Thursday.
- Strong **business acumen t**o drive store performance and increase team morale.
- Excellent **communication** extensive people management skills with the confidence to mentor and motivate and lead a team.
- Inspire, coach and develop your team to** **meet and exceed performance standards, drive to achieve KPI's and sales targets.
- At least** 2-3 years previous retail Managemen**t experience of leading **a team of 15+.**:

- ** A passion for the retail environment** and providing exceptional customer service.
- Can speak either Mandarin/ Cantonese is essential.
