**Leading WA Sheet Metal Specialist**:

- ** 7.00am-3.30pm**

West Coast Sheet Metal is part of the Stratco group, a dynamic, national leader in the manufacture and marketing of building and home improvement products. With an outstanding record of continual growth, Stratco has manufacturing plants and Home Improvement Stores in all mainland states of Australia and several international locations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting clients;
- Maintain accurate filing systems hard copy and electronic;
- Process daily incoming and outgoing mail;
- Process quotes with drawings - PDF’s and DXF files;
- Generate production work orders;
- Data entry in Microsoft programs;
- Data entry in MYOB;
- Any Work required by Managers - can include spreadsheets, word documents;
- Monitoring and maintaining stationery stock-levels;
- Other Ad-Hoc duties as required.

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Exception attention to detail;
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn;
- Fast/accurate computer skills;
- Experience with MYOB (desirable but not essential);
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Intermediate is desirable);
- Experience with data entry;
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and multitask;
- Customer focused (internal and external);
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise workload accordingly;
- Self-motivated and personally driven;
- High level of attention to detail;
- Positive attitude, reliable and punctual;
- Strong problem solving skills;
- Certificate III in Office Admin or higher (desirable but not essential)
