**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage incoming communications and mail distribution
- Coordinate office supplies and stationary
- Provide administrative assistance to team
- Assist in organising meetings and events for clients if required
- Enter information into the Project Management software, with accuracy
- Support vehicle servicing and maintenance - book cars in for servicing
- Contact clients to book management into meetings, and follow up with calendar invites
- Liaise with external suppliers
- Perform other related duties e.g. answering all incoming calls and direct where needed.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability with a willingness to take on diverse tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint (min. 60 WPM, 98% accuracy)
**To be successful in the role you should be**:
- Computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft tools such as Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Have an ability to learn other IT systems; Project Management CRM etc
- Have gained previous experience in office administration and customer service roles.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Possess high level organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team
**Salary**: $60.00 - $75.00 per year
