**THE OPPORTUNITY**

West Coast Sheet Metal is looking for a bright and talented individual who has a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic attitude. This is a great opportunity for an **Administration Assistant** to join our Operations team in **Forrestdale** to provide a wide range of reception, administrative and office support to facilitate the efficient operation of the business.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- First point of contact for all visitors, clients and customers
- General administrative tasks including but not limited to; photocopying, printing, filing/document management, data entry and maintaining systems and databases
- Processing of invoices and providing backing to bookkeeper
- Assist with scheduling of projects, jobs and deliveries
- Building and maintaining existing relationships with internal and external customers

**ABOUT YOU**
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Well-developed communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritise, plan and organise workload to meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with proven problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to a changing and fast paced work environment and learn new skills quickly
- Possess exceptional computer literacy and proficient with MS Office suite
