**Contract Assistant**:

- Location: South Metro Depot (Forrestdale, WA, AU- 4 Nov 2025- Facilitate the delivery of effective contract administration services to support the objectives of the business strategy, consistent with accepted commercial standards including timelines, quality, and scope and client satisfaction. To conduct the administration requirements of contractor meetings, prepare correspondence to contractors and suppliers and co-ordinate the resolution of customer queries and issues.

**Your Role in Action**Manage contract management filing systems and be able to manage the contracts document retention system;-
Familiarisation with complex drawings of a technical nature;-
- Coordinate and manage the contract and specification database to meet audit requirements;-
- Prepare contractual correspondence to contractors and suppliers (local, interstate and overseas) for related projects;-
- Scheduling and planning your own daily and weekly allocated work;-
- Assist in processing Extension of time and Variations in the database.-
- Assist in managing centralised mailboxes related to specific Deeds**What Makes You a Great Fit**Completion of year 12 with English & Mathematics-
- At least 4+ years’ experience in the commercial contract management and administration field-
- Must have a working knowledge of the general structure and requirements of the AS4000 series of contract conditions-
- Financial management systems and contract payments including contract variations-
- Contemporary filing systems and document management with emphasis on security and retention of contract documentation-
- Maintaining a database and have the skills to produce reports as required-
