Front Desk Receptionist

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and friendly receptionist to join our team at our Head Office in Forrestdale for a casual Maternity cover role. This role can begin immediately and will require cover until the end of the year.

Front Desk Reception plays a vital role within our organisation, both customers and your team will always depend on your professionalism.

**Some of your duties will include**:

- Answering and directing phone calls
- Process payments
- Booking appointments
- Generating quotes for potential clients
- Showing customers around our showroom
- Making tea and coffee for customers

**Applicant must have/be...**
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Experience in either reception and/or administration work.
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Currently live in Perth. WA.

**Hours - Full time**

Monday to Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. (Flexible)

**Job Types**: Temporary, Casual
Contract length: 8 months
