**What this opportunity involves**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Events Administrator to join our team successfully and enthusiastically producing quality events and projects from conception through to completion. The Facilities Events Administrator will work with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction, while achieving Facilities Events SLA KPI targets.
**A snapshot of the role**:
Communicate with all stakeholders on plans and ideas with regular updates through the client communication tools e.g., workplace page, workplace chat, events tool.
Provide feedback and periodic reports including pre
- and post - onsite event evaluations
Propose ideas and initiatives to improve provided services and event quality
Provide onsite events support for Sydney as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) from Facilities ensuring all onsite events are successfully produced and executed from Facilities standpoint.
Act collaboratively and work with various partners such as Event Host, Security, AV Production crews, Culinary and Catering, Site Teams as well as Vendors to execute onsite events, in a timely manner
Manage event caterers for onsite events on setup & reset.
Assist with the procurement of vendors and services as required
Assist in financial processes to ensure that all financial management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner

The Facilities Events Administrator naturally will have a passion for digital, content and communications including familiarity with multimedia Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office software. You will possess excellent client service and communication skills, be detail
- oriented, resourceful, and able to prioritize under deadlines and have an ability to work under pressure with limited supervision. A focus on meeting performance targets and working within a team environment is essential. If you are a creative, independent, self-starter, result driven and comfortable in juggling between multiple projects, then this is the role for you
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/Hospitality/Events or equivalent qualification preferred
1 - 3 years’ experience in events management or hospitality
