About the RoleWe're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Finance Administrator/Bookkeeper to oversee our day-to-day financial operations. You'll be a key part of our team, ensuring our accounts are accurate and up to date, while also providing support across finance-related admin tasks. This part-time position offers flexibility around your schedule, starting at 2–3 days per week and depending on demands, can grow into a Full-time role.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including timely invoice and payment processing
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger
- Prepare BAS, payroll, and superannuation contributions
- Maintain accurate financial records using Xero
- Assist with budgeting, reporting, and financial forecasting
- Support facility managers with financial queries and project cost tracking
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, finance administration, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Clear communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in facilities management or construction (a plus, but not essential)
