About the Role

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Finance Administrator/Bookkeeper to oversee our day-to-day financial operations. You'll be a key part of our team, ensuring our accounts are accurate and up to date, while also providing support across finance-related admin tasks. This part-time position offers flexibility around your schedule, starting at 2–3 days per week and depending on demands, can grow into a Full-time role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including timely invoice and payment processing
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger
  • Prepare BAS, payroll, and superannuation contributions
  • Maintain accurate financial records using Xero
  • Assist with budgeting, reporting, and financial forecasting
  • Support facility managers with financial queries and project cost tracking
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, finance administration, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Clear communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in facilities management or construction (a plus, but not essential)
