**The Client**:
Our client is a leading global real estate company with a strong presence in Australia. They are seeking a Facilities Administrator to join them on a well-known Commercial portfolio.

This role will provide you with opportunity to not only grow within the account, but also provide you with opportunites within the wider business.

**Your role will include**:

- Coordinate maintenance services
- Manage the relationship with technicians ensuring compliance
- Provide an interface between the client and account director
- Prepare outgoings letters
- Assisting in account financials
- Reviewing and preparing weekly portfolio arrears report

**You will have**:

- Previous experience in an administration role, ideally with a background in Facilities or Property
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent attention to detail
