**About the Role**
We are seeking a detail-oriented **Facilities Administrator**to support our contract team in a **government client**environment. This part-time role, based **onsite in Sydney CBD**, is ideal for an organized professional looking to contribute to a high-performing facilities management team.
As a **Facilities Administrator**, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating contract documentation, supporting contractor management, and ensuring compliance with workplace policies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- General administration, including **filing, photocopying, handling calls and queries, and preparing correspondence**:
- Assisting with **contract documentation**such as manuals, plans, reports, and meeting minutes
- Supporting **contractor management**and liaising with stakeholders
- Managing the **Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)**for preventative and reactive work
- Processing **incoming invoices**accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with **OHS and environmental policies and procedures**
**About You**
- Experience in a **similar administrative role**:
- Knowledge of **QA, OH&S, and environmental systems**:
- Strong **problem-solving skills**and ability to adapt to change
- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills**:
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite**, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to generate **high-quality reports**
**Preferred Skills (Desirable but Not Essential)**
- Experience in **facilities management, building services, or engineering**:
- Knowledge of **Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)**:
- Training in **HSEQ and QA-related disciplines**
**Qualifications**
**Essential**:
- Minimum **Higher School Certificate or equivalent**:
- Formal qualifications in **Administration or Management (Diploma or Certificate equivalent)**
**Desirable**:
- Additional training in **HSEQ or QA disciplines**
