**About the role**

You will be working within the nightshift team to assist with the data entry of manifests and various administration & accounts payable/ receivable tasks. The environment is fast paced and demanding.

This role will be a night start 11pm-7am Monday to Saturday.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data Entry
- Management of reporting
- Liaise closely with manger and drivers. Ensure trucks are leaving on time.
- Ensure prompt and effective follow up and response to internal and external customer's enquiries.
- Provide administrative & account support where required.

**Experience**:

- Data entry: 1 year (required)
- Logistics: 1 year (preferred)

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Signing bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- SYDNEY MARKETS, NSW 2129: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 1 year (required)
- Data entry: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
