**About the role**

As our new Executive Assistant to Chief Information Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of our technology function. You’ll be responsible for providing executive administration support to our Chief Information Officer, as well as assisting with the coordination and execution of various administration initiatives.
- Deliver professional and proactive executive assistance to our CIO, exhibiting independence to action required tasks without prompting.
- Maintaining utmost accuracy, governance, compliance, confidentiality, and adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely completion of tasks.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to our CIO, including full diary management, scheduling meetings, minutes, and leading correspondence.
- Coordinate and support the implementation of various technology initiatives.
- Source and verify information and distribute reports/ documents on behalf of the CIO.

**About you**:
Success in this role will be delivered through your strong ability to manage and build positive stakeholder relationships, strong coordination, planning and organisational skills and the ability to work flexibly in a team environment to deliver quality results in agreed deadlines.
- Extensive experience within a secretarial or executive level administration role.
- Experience within a large corporate environment, familiar with board meetings/reporting, governance and executive level stakeholder management.
- Well-developed capability to establish rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with exercising discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional computer literacy, with the ability to interpret and source information and/or materials required by the CIO.
- A basic understanding of technology and it’s terminologies.
