Your Role at St John of God Health Care

Our Group Services Workforce team has an opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Officer to join the team on a permanent full-time basis working 76 hours per fortnight.

You will manage your own portfolio working in partnership with hiring managers in the delivery of a streamlined, customer focused, timely and efficient end to end recruitment service.

The Position- The hiring managers single point of contact throughout the end-to-end recruitment process, delivering a service that is timely and efficient, and meets defined key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements.- Manage and be accountable for a Recruitment case load across the applicable to your portfolio.
