**About the Role**
- The Disruptions Planner (Roads) provides expert support to ensure the effective planning, coordination, and impact assessment of planned road disruptions. This role plays a key part in ensuring all disruption activities align with DTP’s customer standards and network disruption frameworks.
- Working closely with a wide range of senior stakeholders—including project proponents, transport agencies, government departments, and internal divisions—the role supports the upkeep of the master schedule and assesses the impact of planned disruptions. It also involves leading high-level change management activities and facilitating planning meetings to ensure smooth and coordinated delivery.

**Position Outcomes / Accountabilities**
- Provided sound advice and analysis to support effective decision making and the delivery of a customer focused, coordinated and balanced program of work.
- Ensured proponents of disruptions and project agencies comply with the requirements defined within DTP’s customer standards and network disruption frameworks.
- Facilitated, managed, and if required chaired, a broad range of disruptions planning and readiness forums and committees with a wide range of sector stakeholders.
- Provided quality advice and information to support briefings to senior and executive managers and government representatives including the Minister for Transport.
- Reviewed and critically analysed plans associated with planned disruption project documents, ensuring alignment with projected DTP outcomes.
- Supported the establishment of DTP as the leaders in disruptions advice and coordination for the Victorian transport network.
