**About the Role**
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based with hybrid and flexible work arrangements in Melbourne, Victoria.
Your key responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide sales with pre-sales designs and estimate cost for connection requests and bids.
- Monitor and manage network capacity creating new, network upgrade and network re-arrangement orders where required.
- Plan and design Optical fibre paths utilizing multiple assets including third party leased assets and civil construction including but not limited to new connections, capacity upgrades, network extensions, relocations, and cancellations.
- Comply with and monitor Safety In Design Concepts whilst designing the Vocus Fibre Network.
- Manage fibre records across the national network.
- Creation of splice schedules/designs for allocation to Workforce and contractors
- Ensure services are delivered within times specified in contract.
- Assistance in fault situations during core business hours

**About You**
- Prior experience in any role within a Telco, Energy or Technology organization
- Experience planning and coordinating projects
- Experience in and/or knowledge regarding Fibre Networks is advantageous
- Strong level of computer literacy
- Willingness and ability to learn, grow and develop in the role
