As a Demand Planner for the Aesop brand, you’ll be part of a dynamic supply chain team, reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts by analysing historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and regional supply chain teams to align forecasts with business objectives and promotional plans.
- Use advanced tools to analyse sales trends, identify gaps, and provide actionable insights to improve forecast accuracy.
- Work closely with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and resolve supply chain disruptions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance planning processes, implement best practices, and drive efficiency across the supply chain.
- Work with Supply Planner to ensure optimal inventory to meet customer demand while minimizing excess and obsolescence.

ABOUT YOU
- Have strong demand planning and forecasting skills, with the ability to analyse complex data and translate it into actionable plans.
- Are proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, or other planning software) and have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
- Possess excellent collaboration and communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and logistics.
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities, with a proactive mindset to address supply chain challenges and implement solutions.
- Are highly organized, with strong time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Have a solid understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory management and performance tracking.
