**Be part of a growing health tech company that does meaningful work.**: We're looking for an **Office Experience Assistant** (_or 2 who want to job share_) to join our fast-growing and venture backed health technology startup. T-shirt Ventures is helping people living with disability and long-term health needs overcome their challenges, achieve their goals, and improve the quality of their everyday lives with the help of our technology and services. In disability, it's all about human connection. We build health tech solutions, but we're a human company, from our customers, teammates and wider disability community. **The role**: As an Office Experience Assistant, you will be one of the first faces to greet anyone who is entering the office and we believe in making a great first impression This role will be critical in ensuring our physical office space is set up and ready to support our team day to day. This role is part of our Workplace Experience team that is a core pillar of our wider People Team. As this role is responsible for all aspects of our office space, it is a requirement to be in our friendly HQ office based in Surry Hills every day. More specifics about the role are found under "More About the Role". In this role, you will: - Reception Activities: - Being the first welcoming face that visitors, guests and new hires will be greeted by; - Potential to do office tours and introductions to the wider team; - Receiving mail and other deliveries and distributing to the appropriate person; - Ideally, can support with phone calls (both internal and external); - Office Activities: - Do regular checks of the meeting rooms and tidy or re-organise items so that everything is stocked and ready for the next meeting; - Complete regular sweeps of our wider office space to ensure everything is tidy and in place; - Ensuring our office supplies are fully stocked, organised and placing orders when we need to replenish stocks; - Ordering and unpacking grocery deliveries; - Watering office plants; - Regularly going to the post office and dry cleaners (pick up and drop offs); - Helping the onboarding team to set up new hire's desks; - Maintain our "T-shirt Library" and order new books requested by the team; - Supporting with ad hoc requests (setting up catering, prep for events, etc.) **About you**: - You have a welcoming, warm and outgoing personality - You are VERY organised and sweat the small details.
