We are Glower, seeking experienced Retrofitting Field Sales Reps to join our team and contribute to our mission of promoting energy efficiency. As a Retrofitting Technician, you will be responsible for installing a range of energy-saving measures, **including door seals, showerheads, In-Home Displays (IHDs), and chimney seals.**Your expertise in retrofitting techniques and attention to detail will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of energy-saving measures in various properties.

**Our commission rates are the best on the market**

**Door seal : $25 Self lead :$35**

**Showerhead: $20 Self Lead :$30**

**IHD : $20 Self Lead : $30**

**Chimney Seal: $30 Self Lead : $40**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct on-site assessments to identify retrofitting opportunities and determine the most suitable energy-saving measures for each property.
- Install door seals, showerheads, IHDs, and chimney seals according to established standards and specifications.
- Ensure proper measurement, fitting, and installation of retrofitting products to maximize energy efficiency.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, explaining the benefits of retrofitting, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in retrofitting, preferably within the VEU program or similar energy efficiency initiatives.**
**- Familiarity with installing door seals, showerheads, IHDs, chimney seals, and other retrofitting products.**

**-Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow installation guidelines and specifications.**

**-Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members.**

**-Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet schedule requirements.**

**-Retrofitting Certificate required.**

**-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Subcontract, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $3,000.00 per week
