About the Role

We're seeking a driven and personable GP Sales Representative to join a high-performing pharmaceutical sales team in Victoria. This territory-based role involves promoting prescription medicines to General Practitioners, building strong relationships, and influencing prescribing decisions in line with company goals.

Whether you're an experienced rep ready for a new challenge, or someone with a solid sales background looking to break into pharmaceuticals, this is your chance to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote a portfolio of ethical pharmaceutical products to GPs
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships across your territory
  • Effectively manage your call cycle and use CRM systems to track engagement
  • Deliver product messaging with confidence and clinical credibility
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through smart planning and execution

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in GP or pharmaceutical sales is highly regarded, but not essential
  • Alternatively, you may bring strong sales performance in other industries (e.g. medical, FMCG, business-to-business)
  • A degree in science, pharmacy, nursing or business is required if you don't have industry experience.
  • You'll need a current driver's licence and full Australian working rights
  • Confident, self-motivated and able to work both autonomously and as part of a team
