A robust and innovative company, we have rapidly gained market leading positions in a number of the sectors we service. As a result of this growth, we are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our production team at our modern Seven Hills facility in Western Sydney.

**The Role**

Ensuring the ongoing reliability of plant and equipment through implementing preventative and corrective maintenance regimes, and the continued optimisation of maintenance policies and procedures

**Key Responsibilities**
- Attend routine breakdowns and callouts as required
- Design, fabricate and install new/replacement electrical equipment to ensure plant efficiencies are improved or maintained
- Review, modify electrical drawings of electrical installations as required (upgrades and improvements)
- Schedule and perform electrical preventive maintenance tasks on all plant equipment.
- Collect data, perform tests and complex calculations, graph results, and prepare charts.
- Assessing electrical equipment in how to assemble, install, test, calibrate and repairing to conform with regulations and safety requirements.
- Prepare capital expenditure proposals estimating material costs and quantities.
- Complete all paperwork associated with maintenance/repair work (including spares used) and maintain records.
- Perform periodic quality and safety checks
- Review and inspecte jobs done by third part for compliance with specifications and regulations
- Performance evaluation of a Haver Adams 4 packaging line and New Tec palletiser.
- Setting up machines, optimising run conditions and overseeing critical control points.
- Delivery of daily production schedules and adherence to site scheduling performance indicators.
- Resolve and communicate issues that impact the delivery of the production schedule.

**About you**:

- Relevant qualification or at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in operating and maintenance of Haver Adams 4 and New Tec Palletiser.
- Experience in programming Siemens PLC
- Knowledge in production management tools
- Hands-on approach to problem solving whilst possessing superior fault-finding skills
- Possess superior fault-finding skills (by being collaborative, creative, and analytical)
- Ability to prioritise duties and act in a prompt manner
- Ability to build trust and develop working relationships.
- Ability to solve problems by being collaborative, creative, and analytical.
- Lean or Six Sigma qualifications
- Knowledge of Australian Industry standards
- Current driving license

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
