**Introduction**:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated A-Grade electrician with leadership experience to join our dynamic team in Seven Hills, NSW.

**Description**:
**As the Electrical Team Leader, you will**:

- Oversee the electrical aspects of projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and project engineers, to ensure integrated and cohesive solutions
- Provide guidance and technical expertise to team members, promoting continuous learning and development and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Drive the design and development of electrical systems, controls, and wiring for automated machinery
- Work closely with management to ensure seamless coordination and integration of electrical components

**Skills and Experiences**:
**This role requires**:

- NSW A-Grade Electrical License with experience in an industrial work environment
- Qualifications in electrical engineering, automation engineering, or a related field is highly desirable
- Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or machinery environment
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, PLCs, and industrial automation
- Commitment to maintaining electrical systems in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
