We're seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Electrical Assembly & Warehouse Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with electrical components, and is passionate about precision and quality. You'll play a key role in assembling motorised internal blinds, managing motor stock, and supporting our technical operations

Key Responsibilities
  • Motor Installation: Install motors into internal blinds with speed and accuracy.
  • Accessory Handling: Pick and pack motor accessories for dispatch and installation.
  • Returns & Testing: Conduct motor return testing and manage warranty claims with thorough documentation.
  • Stock Management: Maintain accurate motor stock levels and ensure proper inventory control.
  • Warehouse Oversight: Manage the internal blind warehouse, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency.
  • Order Segregation: Sort and prepare motor orders for dispatch or installation.
  • Efficiency Focus: Install motors quickly and correctly, contributing to our "Right First Time Promise."
  • Technical Growth: Learn from experienced motor technicians with the opportunity to become a motor expert yourself.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in electrical assembly or warehousing (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organisational skills and time management.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
